RON BOIVIN
I earned my Law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1981 and was admitted a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1983.
I began general practice in Stittsville in 1983 with Watson, Ness & Boivin and gained several years of criminal, family and civil litigation experience. I also developed an increasingly large Real Estate, Wills & Estates and Corporate practice.
As well, I have spent several years as in-house counsel for local high tech enterprises.
I live in Kanata with my wife and look forward to meeting the needs of our clients in Kanata and throughout the Ottawa area.
NICHOLE PERERA
I completed my Dual J.D. in 2020 receiving two law degrees, one from Michigan State University College of Law (MSU) and the other from the University of Ottawa. Prior to attending law school, I completed my B.A at Queen’s University and my M.A at the University of Ottawa, both with a focus on Classics and Ancient Egypt.
During my time at MSU, I had the opportunity to work at the Animal Welfare Legal Clinic as well as co-found the MSU Law Musical Theatre Revue. I began working with Mr. Boivin as a summer student in 2018 and continued working while finishing my degree at UOttawa Law. I completed my articles under Mr. Boivin in 2021 and was called to the Bar in May of 2021.
