About the practice

This practice began in Ottawa, founded by Ron Boivin with a commitment to practical, reliable legal services rooted in the community. Originally established in Kanata, the work has grown over the years while remaining grounded in experience, integrity, and a client-focused approach.

I serve individuals, families, and businesses across Ottawa and the surrounding area in real estate, business law, wills and estates, and straightforward family law matters. The focus has stayed the same: clear advice, thoughtful solutions, and dependable legal support.

Founder & Lawyer

I earned my law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1981 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1983. I have practised in the Ottawa area for over 40 years, with a practical and well-rounded approach.

I began in general practice in Stittsville, gaining experience in criminal, family, and civil litigation. Over time the practice developed a strong focus on real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law. I have also spent several years as in-house counsel for local high-tech companies.

I am proud to serve clients in Kanata and throughout the Ottawa area. Outside of the office, I enjoy time with family, especially with my children and grandchildren.
